DriveEQ Studio (“the App”) is a standalone audio equalizer utility designed for Android Automotive OS. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

1. Data Collection
   We do not collect any personal data. DriveEQ Studio does not require you to create an account, provide a name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.
2. Technical Permissions
   The App requests the MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS permission. This permission is used exclusively to:
   • Access the system-wide audio session.
   • Apply user-selected equalizer and audio effect presets to the vehicle’s audio output.
   This permission does not allow the App to record audio, access your microphone, or monitor your private conversations.
3. Data Storage
   All audio presets and vehicle profiles created or selected within the App are stored locally on your vehicle’s device using standard Android storage mechanisms (DataStore). No data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
   The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. We do not share any information with third parties.
5. Changes to This Policy
   We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
