Are the Kia EV6 and Hyundai Ioniq 5 FINALLY getting WIRELESS Android Auto and Carplay?

Some people (myself included) thought the Korean EV6 maybe got wireless Android Auto/Carplay a few days ago based on the changelog on the Kia update website. And there has been a lot of discussion lately about the Kia and Hyundai adding wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay functionality to their widescreen navigation infotainment systems and it has led to a lot of speculation that the Kia EV6 (and Hyundai Ioniq 5) would be getting a software update to enable the feature. I got some details from a few places, but it’s not looking too promising so I figured I’d share and create a new thread since the other one’s title basically said the Korean EV6 got wireless functionality. It’s definitely not in the Korea update. And Kia/Hyundai have been making it seem only the ccNC infotainment systems will get it.
